🚢 Where do you ship?
For now, we only ship to the contiguous United States. We know how important it is for our international customers to be able to order on our site, so we are diligently working with our 3rd party partners to be able to provide international shipping in the future. Sign up for our email list in our site footer to be the first to know!
🎁 How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders will typically be dispatched within 3-5 business days, with the exception of products marked as Pre-Sale, which will be shipped at a later date specified on the product page.
We use third parties to fulfill Product orders. By purchasing Products, you agree to be bound by those third parties’ terms of use and privacy policies, and hereby consent and authorize us to share any information and payment and shipping instructions you provide with such third-party service providers to the extent required to complete your transactions.
📦 Can I return my product?
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds at this time. Because Renee Roaming merch items are made-to-order, we do not accept general returns or sizing-related returns. If there is a print error, or your item arrives damaged, please contact support@wearetrival.com to have your issue resolved.
🤕 What if something's wrong with my product?
Products from our third-party suppliers may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to the Refund Policy of each provider (see below). If you have any issues with the products you receive, please reach out to us at support@wearetrival.com and we will put you in touch with the brand directly to replace or resolve any concerns regarding your order.
